In 2017, he graduated with a Master of Theology degree from Destiny School of Ministry, a satellite campus of Destiny Christian University located in Florida.
Since May 2013, he has served as the pastor of Light of the World Deliverance Ministries located in Detroit where the vision is to impact the community through the teaching of Jesus Christ. It is here where Broderick has cultivated his skills and abilities to impact lives through biblically based teachings and counseling that has guided many families and individuals from dark valleys of depression, grief, loss, stress, anxiety, and other life challenges- into brighter futures.
Broderick's approach to counseling is identifying the root of the problem withholding the client from obtaining a sound mind. Once the client can identify the root of the problem, a plan of action can be implemented and executed. Broderick's style of counseling emphasizes a passionate, empathetic approach that integrates spiritual principles with psychological insights. As a pastor, he provides a confidential space for many to share their most private and vulnerable issues to achieve healing and breakthrough.
Broderick specializes in grief, family, individual, premarital & marital counseling, mentorship services, life-coaching and career refinement services. Broderick also offers pastoral consulting specializing in areas of church development, ministry structure, leadership training, teaching/sermon writing structure and non-profit organizational structure.
