Depending on your current health insurance provider or employee benefit plan, it is possible for services to be covered in full or in part. Please contact your provider to verify how your plan compensates you for psychotherapy services.

We recommend asking these questions to your insurance provider to help determine your benefits:

Does my health insurance plan include mental health benefits?
Do I have a deductible? If so, what is it and have I met it yet?
Does my plan limit how many sessions per calendar year I can have? If so, what is the limit?
Do I need written approval from my primary care physician in order for services to be covered?

Sliding scale and Super bills

We can offer a sliding scale to those that qualify, as well as provide a super bill for out-of-network clients to receive reimbursement from your insurance provider.

Payment

We accept FSA, HSA, cash, Zelle, and all major credit cards as forms of payment.

Cancellation Policy

Client's that "no show" for a scheduled session, will be charged a "No Show Fee" of $50. Clients will have 24 hours from their scheduled session to contact the therapist to reschedule* in order to avoid the no show fee.

Clients that wish to "cancel" after a no show will be charged the $50 no show fee. In the event of 3 consecutive reschedules or cancellations, client's will be charged the $50 No Show Fee.

If you are unable to attend a session, please make sure to contact the therapist as soon as possible.
